Q: Can I view a sample prior to purchase?
A: Yes, we have all the samples in our shop in Cheras. Only walk-in to view samples is allowed and not available for purchase. If you are from out-state or overseas, you may WhatsApp our support team to get the real item photos.
Q: How long would it take to receive the Pre-order items?
A: The lead-time is around 4-8 weeks. Please plan ahead for your production.
Q: What is the MOQ?
A: The MOQ is varied depends on the item. You can view it on each of the item pages.
Q: Can I cancel my order during the waiting period, and can I get a refund?
A: You have 24 hours to cancel the order and get a refund. Strictly NO refund or exchange after the order has been processed.
