We actively track and monitor our suppliers concerning: prompt delivery, quality, and service performance in order to mitigate any potential service disruptions or non-conformance for our customers.

A shipment will be arranged from our manufacturer and arrives in approximately 4-6 weeks.
Delivery
The stock will be delivered to you within 3-4 working days, once the stock has arrived. This will vary depending on your location.

Sourcing is the process in which a customer can request for an item/jar/bottle design that is not available in the current Jargeous catalogue. The item/jar/bottle must be available on the worldwide network of jars & bottles from separate manufacturing partners (e.g. China, Taiwan, Thailand and USA).
Please note that this service is not intended to be a customization or personalization service.
It is important to note that our sourcing services are not ideal for “urgent” or immediate orders. The entire process of sourcing, from inquiry to delivery, can vary from 2 to 3 months. This time frame will depend on the location from where the item is sourced, the quantity ordered and the available supply for the item. Therefore, we highly recommend this service for customers who are not in a rush. For those customers who need to make immediate orders, we recommend that you look through our current Jargeous catalogue, with over 400 designs, that are readily available.
The whole process from sourcing to receiveing the order, takes approximately 6-10 weeks. You can find the breakdown below:
- Sourcing: 1-2 working days
- Getting a sample: 7-14 working days
- Shipment after order is confirmed: 4-6 weeks
- Delivery: 3-4 working days
Please plan ahead as it takes multiples steps before you get your favorite type of jars.
A minimum of 500-1000 units is required depending on the jar type. If you are looking for a small quantity, we suggest you choose a similar jar from our Jargeous collection.
