Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, you must meet our terms and conditions below:
- The items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The items must be in the original packaging.
- You must hold the original receipt or proof of purchase.
- Before proceeding with the return, customers need to get approval from our company via Email or Whatsapp. No UNAUTHORIZED returns will be accepted.
Refunds
After the inspection is done from our side, we will inform you immediately of the status of your refund process. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
For the return order in the conditions of – wrong items purchased, wrong quantity purchased, you have changed your mind, or any reason that not a mistake made from us, RM20 or 10% (whichever higher) will be charged as a processing fee.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

This return & refund policy is applicable for ONLINE orders only. Strictly NO RETURN OR REFUND for WALK-IN customers, customers are required to check the items before leaving.
