After the order and payment have been confirmed, we normally take about 1-2 working days to ship your order. For bulk order, it depends on the stock availability but it will only take a maximum 3 working days to process the order. If an extended length of time is necessary, we will contact you via email within 1 working day for further arrangement.

We will use our courier service partner Pos Laju or our own delivery service to ship the items to you.

We deliver nationwide!

We charge RM5 to deliver to West Malaysia and RM15 to East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak). Please keep in mind for orders less than RM15, customers will have to pay a processing fee of RM10 that will apply at checkout. Please refer to our Shipping Terms for more details.

Sorry but we do not offer cash on delivery at this moment. All orders will be arranged upon payment made via online banking, paypal, credit card or direct transfer.

We accept all forms of payment via local banking, Visa, Master card, American Express and PayPal. All purchases made on our site are most definitely safe and secure. Payments can also be made by cash deposit or cheque deposit to our Maybank account. To pay by cash deposit or cheque deposit, please send us an email or Facebook message. Your order will be shipped upon the clearance of payment. We do not ship COD or credit term at this moment.

If you receive any defective items during the transit, kindly capture photos of those items and send them to us via email at jarsinmalaysia@gmail.com or WhatsApp to 016 615 0526. We will send the replacement after our investigation within 1 working day.

Please contact us if any of your order is damaged or missing. Damaged shipments or items missing from shipment will be promptly replaced or refunded.
