The Jargeous team is constantly working hard for a smoothly operated packaging and delivery flow to ensure our customers receive their goods in good condition and without delay. We have to adhere to strict quality control checks to ensure uncompromising service to all of our customers.
Processing
Your order will be immediately placed under process after payment is made fully. We will then prepare your items to be be packed. A minimum of 1 working day is required for us to prepare all ordered items and double check again to ensure no slip-ups happen between orders. Then we will send the items over to our packaging dept.
Packing
A minimum of 1 working day is required for packaging. This step is crucial as our team members will decide the type of cost effective packaging method used to ensure our customers receive their goods in only the best condition. Once the packaging of ordered items is done, we move on to the delivery of the items.
Delivering / Ready to pickup
Your ordered goods are now set to be delivered/ready to pickup!
For delivery, we have 2 common delivery methods, Jargeous delivery, and courier shipping.
For the self-pickup, refer to the pickup location you have chosen when checkout.
Completed
Once your order is successfully delivered without any damage, we will mark your order as completed.
