How it works

  1. Select “self-pickup” when you checkout.
  2. We need 1-5 working days to prepare the order and send it to the pickup point.
  3. The collection code will be sent over to you via SMS when it is ready to pickup.
  4. Go to the selected shop/store on their operation hours and show the collection code at the counter.

Store Pickup & Collect from Pickup Point

Choose “self-pickup” or “pick up from pick up point” when checkout, our customer service will arrange the pickup session with you by email. Contact us via jarsinmalaysia@gmail.com for more information.
p/s: Pickup point at Bandar Utama is a Petron petrol station, we just drop the parcel there for your pickup, it is not a showroom. You will receive an SMS notification once it is ready to pickup.
