Please check the measurements of jars intended for purchase from the “measurement chart” to ensure the jar fits all your requirements. This is to avoid all future unnecessary confusion.

Please read the jar descriptions and specifications carefully prior to purchase. The descriptions and specifications provided explains the intended usage, design and if accessories are included along with the jar.

Always check “carton price” of each jar. You may save up to 75% if the jar is on special promotion with bulk/carton purchase!

When placing your order with us

Please ensure that all details about your order is sufficiently given. For example : Order items, quantity, your name, email, shipping address. All information required is crucial for a smooth and speedy process.

When receiving goods from us

Please be careful when opening the package sent to you. If unwanted incidents occur during the delivery process, there could be broken glass within the parcel. This is just an assumption in case of unknown events, it does NOT apply to ALL delivered parcels.

Wash your goods before use to get rid of dust or dirt during the manufacturing or handling of jars.

If you have received broken goods due to unwanted events during delivery or handling of jars, please IMMEDIATELY snap a picture of the broken jar WITH original packaging. This is the only preferred method to make claims.
