We are sorry if you have experiences of some broken jars from us. Our packing department is constantly working on their responsibilities to increase the safety of the packaging from time to time. We appreciate all the valuable feedback from our customers that allow us to know our flaws and work on them to serve you better.

How to claim?

  1. Claims must be done within 14 days from the date you receive the parcel. This is a validity date range from our courier partner. We hope for your understanding.
  2. Please send us a photo of your broken goods as proof via Whatsapp (011-1196 1526) or email (jarsinmalaysia@gmail.com) with your order number. We will deposit the claim into your account within 1-2 working days with email notification.
  3. Your claim will be replaced in the form of credit with the exact amount you have spent to purchase the jar inclusive of the shipping fee (pro-rated basis)
  4. No expiry date will be given for the credit, you can use them at anytime for any products including promotion, sales items etc
  5. Photo submitted should be in the original packing once you have opened up the parcel. We will not be held liable to respond to any claim(s) with the photo that is not in the original packing.
  6. Claim credit is not transferable or exchangeable.
  7. Jargeous reserved full rights to change these terms & conditions without prior notice.
